2.Increase The Intake Of Vitamin D
High levels of prostaglandins are the cause of intense period cramps and intake of Vitamin D helps reduce the cramps. It also decreases the production of cytokines, which basically promote inflammation within your body.
3.Drink A Lot Of Water
Drinking enough water will prevent bloating and water retention. Drinking warm water will increase blood flow and helps relax muscles.
